How to unsubscribe Celcom CMT (Call Me Tones)

It's very easy to unsubscribe the Celcom CMT. What you need to do is follow below steps:
1) dial *118#
2) Menu will appear, choose "OK" to reply
3) Reply and type "3" and click ok (The Cube)
4) Again menu will appear, choose "OK" to reply
5) Reply and type "5" and click ok (Musicube)
6) Again menu will appear, choose "OK" to reply
7) Reply and type "3" and click ok (CMT)
8) Again menu will appear, choose "OK" to reply
9) Reply and type "7" and click ok (Unsubscribe)
10) Again menu will appear, choose "OK" to reply
11) Reply and type "1" and click ok (Yes)

Done, you will see this message "successfully sent a message". In seconds/minutes, you will receive acknowledgement that your CMT service has been cancelled. Thanks.

  1. Tq for da tips..finally I managed to do it after subscribing to three songs without realising that I ran out of credit too soon .. My kids will be proud of their mom's success in stopping the cmt ..yahoo! Bukan ape..kononnya nak compete with their Korean cmt, but the kids sure know their stuff unlike their mom. Tq again!

    2. CMT
    7. Unsubscribe

    I found this out by calling the customer service. Finally got rid of that farcical CMT. They should get sued for ripping people off!

    1. Thanks Ezehelm, I will change the steps according to your advise. Credit to Ezehelm, It's been 1 year plus since my last login to this blog. LOL. I'm also having trouble to unsubscribe it until I accidentally found a way to unsubscribe it. I'm glad to help everybody.

    1. and now it's *119#, but still, i haven't managed to unsubscribe! followed every single step until the "yes to unsubscribe" part but every time i will get this message "Sorry, the service is temporally unavaiblable. Please try again later". I kept trying and trying until today but the same message pops, with the same old TYPO of the service being unavaiblable. WTH? :'(

  11. Thank god for your tips. Even though the steps are outdated, I can still follow them because you specify the names as well as the number to press. I thought I was downloading a ringtone, but it's actually caller tunes... no use to me.

Thanks... tu lah, layout dah berubah lagi, tapi sekarang kan dah banyak lagi interface nak kne masuk...ada lah dalam 4-5 kali lagi pilihan baru jumpa tempat untuk unsubcribe CMT nie... saya kena cuba satu-satu nak cari kat mana nak unsubscribe. Awal-awal RM0.99 per week, sekarang dah jadi RM1.50 per week, mahal sungguh.....nnt saya upload dalam blog saya ya setiap prinscreen tu.

    1) dial*118#
    2) press 6 and send (The Cube)
    3) press 0 to back to The Cube Menu (I have no idea why it skips to other menu
    4) Press 3 and send (Music)
    5) Press 7 and send (Next)
    6) Press 1 and send (Unsubscribe)
    This is how I unsubscribe it -_-
